QuickBooks Online has no native bulk import for journal entries. This turns a raw Amazon Settlement Report export into a balanced journal entry file QBO accepts — sales, referral fees, FBA fees, and refunds split into their real accounts, not lumped into one deposit.

  1. Step 1: Tell us your QuickBooks setup

  3. Upload & convert

    • Works in:
      • QuickBooks Online Advanced (US).

      • Upload the downloaded CSV file (a single file, not a folder).
      • The columns map automatically, since they already match Intuit’s own template.

Where do I get this file?
  1. In Seller Central, go to Reports → Payments
  2. Open All Statements and find the settlement you want
  3. Click the row's Actions dropdown
  4. Choose Download Flat File V2 — not plain "Download Flat File" or "Download XML", which use a different layout
  5. Download the file — that's the file to drop below

Amounts: written US style (1,234.56) or European style (1.234,56), with separators only between thousands and at most two digits after the decimal mark. If a number breaks that rule, or one file mixes the two styles, nothing is converted and you’ll see which row to check — a wrong amount never reaches QuickBooks.
